Returns
Before returning an item, please contact Skandivi at info@skandivi.com to obtain detailed shipping instructions. In general, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Skandivi will be happy to process a return for you, contingent upon the following:
Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item. Unless otherwise specified by Skandivi, all returns must be made via the original shipping method through which the order arrived. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by Skandivi. Please allow at least 2 weeks after your order has been received for your refund to be processed at which point you will be refunded the full purchase price, including tax, minus shipping. For items offered with free shipping, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.
Exceptions - We cannot accept returns of:
- Made-to-Order Products
- Products identified as non-returnable
- Products which have been installed or assembled
- Products not in their original condition and original packaging
- Open Box Items
- Gift Cards
Damaged & Defective Items
If you have received an item that was incorrect, defective, or has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail: info@skandivi.com Please do not send back these items prior to contacting us. Do not try to repair any product unless directed in writing by Skandivi.
Skandivi is not responsible for any delays in your project or labor costs due to defective or damaged products or delays in receiving product.
